About Company

Our client is a multi-business technology and engineering leader in Singapore, home to innovations which connects people, safeguards national interest, and promote a sustainable future. With plans to grow its vision systems business, the organisation is looking for specialists in Machine Learning or Computer Vision engineering to lead its development of operational systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of robust computer vision pipelines, from data preparation and model training to optimization and performance benchmarking.
  • Drive seamless deployment of AI models into production environments and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and business impact.
  • Design and implement automated workflows for data processing, model retraining, and deployment to ensure consistent, efficient operations.
  • Oversee production performance and system health, proactively identifying issues, preventing drift, and maintaining high system availability.
  • Partner with cross-functional AI and engineering teams to enhance Machine Learning (ML) Ops practices, ensuring replicable, traceable, and continuous improvement in model lifecycle management.

Key Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in machine learning and computer vision, with a track record of building and deploying production-grade vision systems.
  • Deep understanding of computer vision architectures and tasks, including classification, detection, and segmentation, with hands-on expertise in PyTorch and modern CV frameworks.
  • Strong engineering and deployment skills, proficient in containerization and serving tools such as Docker, TorchServe, ONNX Runtime, and Kubernetes.
  • Proficient in ML pipeline orchestration and monitoring, experienced with tools like Airflow or Prefect, and adept at implementing scalable, testable, and maintainable codebases.
