Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Coffee Specialist, your goal is to drive revenue growth by selling our coffee products and services to businesses and event organisers.

Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and approach new clients, including corporate offices, cafés, restaurants, F&B businesses, and event organisers.
  • Sell and promote our coffee beans, machines, and supply services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets – high sales = high commission
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and secure repeat business.
  • Upsell and cross-sell coffee machines, beans, and supplies to maximise revenue.
  • Independently manage your sales pipeline and work towards monthly and annual targets.
