In this full-time role, you will be responsible for preparing customised medications tailored to individual patient needs. What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare and compound a wide range of customised pharmaceutical products
  • Ensure all compounding processes meet strict quality control and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of compounding activities
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to optimise workflows and implement process improvements
  • Provide expert advice to patients and healthcare professionals on compounded medications
  • Stay current with regulations, guidelines, and best practices in pharmaceutical compounding
  • Oversee inventory control and procurement of raw materials and supplies
  • Contribute to formulation development for new and improved compounded products
  • Draft and review product write-ups for internal documentation and external communication
  • Support daily operations of the compounding lab, ensuring smooth and efficient processes

What We're Looking For

  • Registered pharmacist with a valid license to practise in Singapore, issued by the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)
  • Passionate in compounding and formulation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for patient and provider engagement
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
