Job responsibilities:

  • Maintain boutique appearance and ensure displays are stocked with capsules, machines, and accessories daily
  • Provide a welcoming experience to customers, understand their needs, and offer them suitable products
  • Educate customers on coffee tasting and promote the full range of company's products
  • Ensure operational excellence by following opening/closing procedures and correct payment processes
  • Actively contribute to meeting individual and boutique sales targets

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is an advantage
  • Have passion to constantly update oneself with our Sales Guidance
  • Energized by tough challenges and is a team player
