About Our Client:
We represent a globally recognized retail brand, synonymous with quality and sophistication in coffee machines, capsules, and accessories. They are now seeking a sales-driven Coffee Specialist to provide personalized service, promote exclusive coffee products, and contribute to the success of a high-performing retail team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, contributing to a positive shopping environment.
- Understand customer preferences to offer personalized product recommendations and enhance their shopping experience.
- Master detailed product knowledge across over 60 coffee capsule SKUs, including intensity, origin, flavour notes, and taste profiles.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on coffee machines and brewing techniques.
- Guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions and help them navigate product choices.
- Accurately process point-of-sale transactions, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring the store remains organized and clean.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and consistently provide excellent customer service.
Key Requirements:
- A passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about premium coffee products.
- At least 1 -3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is advantageous.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers confidently.
- Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
