**Reports to **Executive Director

**Functional Responsibilities**

- 2) Social Media Coordinator._
- To create and implement social media strategies.
- Create published content (images, video, written and audio).
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology.
- Participate in the analysis of campaigns, translating anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.
- Be a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary. (ie:content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).
- 3) Account Manager_
- Develop customers’ coffee programs that align with their goals.
- Achieve coffee sales targets.
- Compile reports on Account Management activities as required.
- Achieve Associated Products and/or Machine sales targets.
- Provide customers with expert cutting edge coffee knowledge.
- Transition new accounts from a sales stage to Account Management status.

**Key Skills**
- Ability to understand and guide customers.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen desire to share expertise and passion.
- An understanding of themes, written tone and aesthetics.
**Knowledge and Experience**
- Strong coffee knowledge.
- Detailed technical and product knowledge.
- Extensive cafe experience.
- Expert knowledge in all aspects of a specialist coffee program.
- Experience and / or participation in barista.
