About the role

At FITSON SINGAPORE PTE LTD', we are seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Machine Technician to join our team in the One North Central Region. As an Injection Moulding Machine Technician, you will play a key role in the production of our high-quality plastic components, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our state-of-the-art injection moulding machines. This full-time position is a fantastic opportunity to apply your technical expertise in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Operate and maintain injection moulding machines to produce a variety of plastic parts and components
  2. Monitor machine performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance and repairs
  3. Collaborate with the production team to optimise moulding processes and product quality
  4. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards
  5. Maintain accurate production records and reports
  6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Injection Moulding Machine Technician or a similar role in the manufacturing industry
  2. Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience with the operation and maintenance of injection moulding machines
  3. Familiarity with moulding process parameters, quality control procedures, and troubleshooting techniques
  4. Ability to read and interpret machine schematics, operating manuals, and technical diagrams
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently
  6. Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment
  7. Adaptability to changes in production requirements and a willingness to learn new skills
