Automation Technician

Our client is one of the leading manufacturers offering complex integrated manufacturing services. They are actively expanding and seeking for an Automation Technician to join them

Job Scope:

- Identify and initiate actions to prevent occurrence and recurrence of machine breakdown
- Work as a team with all departments to achieve Optimum Productivity.
- Ensure all products meet the standard cycle time and minimize machine down time.
- Must work in shifts
- To carry out repair & maintenance tasks assigned by Superior.
- To record all repair & maintenance tasks on appropriate records.
- To provide support to ensure production machines & equipment is repaired timely.
- To attend to unforeseen machine breakdown during odd hours
- To carry out Preventive Maintenance (PM) as scheduled
- To support all Automation Integration.
- To recommend improvement to enhance Productivity & Yield.
- Compliance with all regulatory and in-house system requirements especially for medical and automotive customers
- Must prepare the automation documents, reports, and records on a daily basis
Job Requirements:

- Preferably Nitec / Mechanical Engineering
- Hand-on experience in Factory Automation.
- Experience in Plastic Injection Molding & PLC programming is plus point.
