We are seeking a meticulous and fast-paced Total Rewards Specialist - Operations (6-month contract) to join our People & Culture team at Suntory Beverage & Food Singapore. In this role, you will be accountable to propose and develop Total Rewards processes, policies and programs while ensuring consistent delivery of CoE solutions globally and regionally. You will also continuously create potential improvements and recommendations to further improve HR solutions for Total Rewards to support our growing business in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the design and delivery of Total Rewards CoE solutions included specialized service delivery across the markets
  • Conduct remuneration and benefit market benchmark, calculate incentives scheme, conduct Job evaluation, updating Benefits Programs, understand focused countries/regional group on Compensation & Benefits policies and market practices
  • Support to execute annual reward review planning cycle regionally and across markets, in areas of system, data, process delivery.
  • Work in global/regional teams to create and deliver consistent and standardized processes and programs with customization for regions and markets
  • Work across CoE Specialists and Heads of CoEs to ensure alignment, respond to escalated inquiries that require deep subject matter expertise
  • Takes responsibility for managing, and completing requests to provide high-quality service to employees and colleagues for Total Rewards services
  • Align Total Rewards processes to regional and local business priorities, culture and organizational values, obtaining input from multiple resources, rapidly creating potential improvements and recommendations, iteratively testing and refining regional and local HR solutions
  • Propose, develop and improve CoE processes based on insights analysis, market best practices and inputs from stakeholders

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years Rewards operational experience or 5-8 years experience in generalist role or other Human Resources disciplines
  • Exposure to Total Rewards program design and implementation experience (one of or all of the compensation, benefits, global mobility components of specialty) in MNC operations regionally or globally
  • Collaboration and relationship development with various stakeholders
  • Tools and technologies knowledge (SAP; Employee Central)
  • Leverage data and insights with digital mind-set to propose recommendation and improvements

As this is a contract position, it will be managed by our 3rd party contractor vendor.
