Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Associate/Senior Associate (Performance & Rewards).

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Global HR Associate/ Senior Associate is responsible for driving the development and implementation of enterprise-wide talent practices across leadership development, as well as the performance management and total rewards. As part of a newly set up global HR team, this role leads key initiatives within their domain and plays a critical role in developing and implementing core HR processes and solutions to support business needs across regions. The role requires strong self-direction, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.

Performance & Rewards

  • Global performance management frameworks and goal-setting standards
  • Total rewards strategy, compensation structures, and benefits governance
  • Role architecture and progression standards
  • Talent data consistency and reporting

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Development, Business, Finance, or related field
  • Advanced degree or certification in compensation/rewards/HR disciplines is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in performance management, C&B, or related HR functions
  • Regional or global exposure advantageous
  • Deep understanding of compensation and performance cycles
  • Familiarity with global compliance and fairness practices
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation platforms
  • Strong policy development and analytical capabilities
  • Maritime or complex operational industry experience preferred
