Insolvency Associate

Reliance 3P Advisory Pte Ltd is a boutique firm specialising in restructuring, insolvency, and corporate advisory services. We are expanding and looking for Insolvency Associates / Senior Associates to join our team. What You'll Be Responsible For

• Assisting in the daily administration of restructuring and insolvency engagements (liquidations, receivership, financial reviews, personal bankruptcies, etc.).
• Liaising with various stakeholders such as creditors, directors, employees, regulatory bodies, bankers, lawyers and other relevant parties.
• Assisting in conducting financial analysis, investigations, and reporting.
• Supporting assets recovery, claims adjudication, and meetings with various stakeholders.
• Attending to statutory and compliance matters relevant to the workstream.
• Mentoring and guiding juniors (for Senior Associates).

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, or other relevant field from a recognised university.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the Associates position.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in managing insolvency cases and conducting financial analysis for the Senior Associates position.
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with a focus on details.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, ICAEW, or insolvency certifications) are a plus.
