We are currently inviting applications for the following positions.

Salary range : $7,000 to $10,000

Associate / Senior Associate (Corporate Advisory)

Requirements:

· Qualified Advocate and Solicitor of Singapore (admission to other common law jurisdictions will also be considered).

· to 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with solid exposure to corporate M&A and general commercial work.

· Strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiation and legal research.

· Ability to manage files independently and provide guidance to junior lawyers.

· Capable of working well under pressure and handling multiple assignments efficiently.

· Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.

Associate / Senior Associate (Corporate Finance)

Requirements:

· Admission to the Singapore Bar (admission to other common law jurisdiction(s) will be considered).

· to 5 years' PQE with solid corporate finance experience including initial public offerings, public and private M&A transactions and other corporate transaction.

· Good contract drafting, negotiation and research skills.

· Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task efficiently; and

· Self-driven approach and positive attitude.

Associate / Senior Associate (Dispute Resolution)

Requirements:

· You are a Singapore-qualified lawyer with a good honours degree in law from a recognized  university.

· to 5 years' Post Qualification Experience in litigation and/or arbitration.

· Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Be responsible, meticulous and motivated.

· Able to work independently and as a team in complex and high value litigation and arbitration matters.

· Ability to read and communicate in Chinese would be an added advantage but proficiency in business or legal Chinese is not required.
