Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Associate/Senior Associate (Talent Management).

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Global HR Associate/ Senior Associate is responsible for driving the development and implementation of enterprise-wide talent practices across leadership development, learning and development and culture. As part of a newly set up global HR team, this role leads key initiatives within their domain and plays a critical role in developing and implementing core HR processes and solutions to support business needs across regions. The role requires strong self-direction, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.

Talent Management

  • Leadership development frameworks and high-potential talent identification
  • Enterprise learning strategy, curriculum design, and platform management
  • Culture and inclusion initiatives aligned with global values
  • Talent data governance and reporting

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Development, Business, or related field
  • Advanced degree or certification in HR/talent/learning disciplines is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in talent management, L&D, or OD
  • Regional or global exposure advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of talent and learning frameworks
  • Experience with HR systems, learning technologies, and organisational culture
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and project management
  • Maritime or complex operational industry experience preferred
