The Sales Support Specialist manages the full customer order life cycle, ensuring compliance with policies and delivering customer experience.

The role involves close collaboration with Sales, Finance, Logistics and other teams to support revenue goals, resolve issues and improve business processes in a fast paced, global environment.

Description

  • Prepare formal quotations and manage order acceptance in compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
  • Review purchase contract terms and provide consultation to the sales team, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Oversee the end-to-end order process including quotation, build, shipment, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and meet timelines.
  • Monitor shipment backlog, identify potential risks, and support revenue recognition in line with financial guidelines.
  • Handle AR management, including Letter of Credit operations.
  • Support business process improvements and assist during high workload or project assignments.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales administration.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or Oracle R12 is a plus.
  • Flexibility to support business operations during certain public holidays or weekends (with time off in lieu provided).
