Business Development Executive

What You'll Be Doing:
- Source and acquire scrap materials containing Platinum, Gold, and Silver from businesses and individuals locally and regionally.
- Negotiate and evaluate purchases to ensure profitability and cost-efficiency for every transaction.
- Prepare compelling proposals and contracts based on our precious metal pricing and calculation methods.
- Stay ahead of market trends and conduct competitor analysis to spot new opportunities and gain a competitive edge.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to expand existing accounts and generate repeat business.
- Track all deals from start to finish—ensuring timely delivery, payment collection, and smooth coordination.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and support lead generation efforts.
- Nurture new leads and prospects into long-term partners through strategic follow-ups and engagement.
- Keep our CRM system updated weekly with lead progress, supplier info, and follow-up customers.
Requirement
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
