Senior / Executive, HR Generalist (Entry level)

Our Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join their dynamic HR team, gaining experience in full spectrum of HR functions including, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering.
1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting and sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring departments to understand workforce needs and develop tailored strategies.
- Support long-term manpower planning and develop a talent pipeline, including through scholarship administration.
2. Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Act as a HR advisor to business units, aligning people strategies with operational goals.
- Support annual HR exercises including performance management, goal setting, and development planning.
- Collaborate with leadership to anticipate talent gaps and workforce challenges.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention.
- Organize wellness, team-bonding, and recognition programmes that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues with professionalism and empathy.
4. HR Reporting & Insights
- Track key HR metrics and generate actionable reports to guide strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to data-driven HR initiatives and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience. Candidates with relevant internship experience will be of added advantage.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for more senior appointments.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing tools, and interviewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
