The individual, under the guidance of the Manager provides a complete HR administration service and supports the activities and projects relating to HR Operations.
Their primary function is to assist with day-to-day operational queries, system support, filing and general administrative functions. These activities will include, but is not limited to:
Variable Bonus - Provide support on deployment of APAC region deployment VB plans, implementation, and testing of system logic for the e-portal. Provide troubleshooting and assistance to enquires relating to the variable bonus matters.
System support - For system support, they update and maintain the related HR database and systems, ensuring complete data accuracy. They assist in keeping information on all relevant HR systems up to date. This individual maintains a good understanding of the relevant HR systems and portals.
General administration - The HR Operations Generalist assist with day-to-day filing, maintains employee records and ensures its accuracy. They are responsible for all administrative duties required by the HR Operations team.
Insurance matter - Provide support on employee insurance matters. Will be responsible for updating of employee listing, claims and other related matters.
Staff welfare - Assist with liaison with vendor on organising company well-being programs.

The individual displays strong orientation towards ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery. They deal with employee benefit queries and when required, escalate these to the team.
**Behavioural skills**
The HR Operations Generalist provides efficient administrative support with limited guidance. They are excellent team player, reliable and are able to produce a high quality of work. They have excellent verbal and written communication skills. They display good attention to detail and are able to manage work processes.
**Required Work Experience**:
Good in excel and MS office
Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources Function
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
