
Senior HR Executive

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and support roles.
- Partner with outlet managers to identify hiring needs.
Drive a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Coordinate training programs (e.g., WSQ, food hygiene, customer service).
Promote continuous learning and support career development.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS updates.
- Oversee work pass applications and renewals (S Pass, Work Permit).
Ensure full compliance with MOM regulations and employment laws.
Foster a positive workplace culture.
- Handle employee grievances and support performance management.
Organize employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
Monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions (CPF, IR8A).
- Administer benefits, leave, and insurance matters.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Maintain up-to-date HR records and prepare reports as necessary.
- Support HR projects such as HR digitalization, audits, or policy reviews.
- Handle urgent or unexpected manpower issues
- Support the operations or finance team in cross-departmental tasks when required.
- Help with government grant applications
- Handle ad hoc HR-related tasks and cross-functional support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR administration or shared services.
• A solid grasp of Singapore employment laws and experience with work pass processes.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
