Key Responsibilities- Market Research & Lead GenerationAnalyze market trends, identify potential clients, and understand evolving needs in the F&B.
Generate leads through networking, outbound outreach, industry events, and referrals. - Client Engagement & Relationship BuildingBuild rapport and trust with prospective clients, understanding their unique requirements.
Present Hou Engineering's offerings compellingly, tailoring proposals to client-specific challenges like kitchen exhuast solutions, fire safety and ventilation maintenance. - Proposal Development & NegotiationDevelop detailed technical and financial proposals, including scope, pricing, and value-added benefits of Hou Engineering's services.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with legal standards. - Collaboration & Strategy ImplementationWork closely with operations, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Contribute ideas on strategic expansions—e.g., targeting new F&B clusters or institutional accounts. - Performance Tracking & ReportingMonitor and report on sales performance, including conversion rates, pipeline health, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.
Use insights to continuously refine outreach strategies and service offerings. - Brand Representation & OutreachAct as Hou Engineering's ambassador at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional forums.
Promote Hou Engineering's reputation for quality, reliability, and responsive servic.
- Experience:Ideally, experienced in business development or sales—preferably within technical or facility services sectors.
Experience in F&B, hospitality, or facility maintenance sectors is a plus. - Sales & Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident in presentations, negotiations, and proposal writing. - Relationship & Project Management:Skilled at networking and nurturing long-term business relationships.
Organized and capable of managing multiple ongoing sales cycles and deliverables. - Personal Traits:Goal-oriented and proactive, with a positive "can-do" mindset.
Adaptable, able to thrive in dynamic environments, and committed to delivering client satisfaction.
