About the Role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be the primary HR contact point for Singapore facility. You will partner closely with operations leaders to support employees, ensuring HR strategies are aligned with business goals. You will responsible for the end-to-end HR operations, including staffing, onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, HRIS support, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, screening and hiring for various roles, ensuring proper checks and onboarding processes.
- Lead employee onboarding, maintain personnel records, and support positive employee relations through counselling, guidance and issue-resolution.
- Handle compensation and benefits administration, support employees with benefits matters, and ensure consistency with internal policies.
- Oversee the full performance management cycle, guiding managers on goal setting, development planning and effective feedback.
- Administer HRIS transactions, generate HR data reports, and support payroll processes when required.
- Plan and execute employee engagement, wellness and recognition programs.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures and labour regulations are followed, and support policy development and compliance initiatives.
- Coordinate training activities and HR-related projects to enhance workforce capability.
- Perform other HR duties as required to support business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a global manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR practices, and HRIS systems (Oracle preferred).
- Experience in compensation analysis, disciplinary and grievance handling, and absence management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills across all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and provide quick, effective solutions.
- Strong teamwork, business acumen, computer literacy and ability to work professionally with employees, vendors and partners.
