Central Region, Singapore Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd Full time $120,000 - $200,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement market entry and growth strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Identify target industries, major accounts, and local partnership opportunities.
  • Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to HQ and the Vice President.
  • Lead business growth for software, IT services, system integration, IDC/data center, and ELV solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Establish and lead local sales and marketing teams.
  • Recruit, train, and manage team members to achieve business goals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, after-sales support, and long-term account management.
  • Oversee country-level P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, HR policies, and corporate standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in IT services, system integration, data center, ELV, or ICT solutions.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in leadership, country management, or sales director roles
  • Proven success in developing new markets, winning enterprise clients, and delivering large-scale projects.
  • Strong business acumen with a "hunter" mindset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and contract negotiation skills.
  • Sound understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, ELV, and data center operations.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
  • Self-motivated and capable of building and leading teams from the ground up.
