The Power Tools division of the Bosch Group is the world market leader for portable electric power tools and power tool accessories. The professional blue power tools and accessories from Bosch are developed for professionals.
Bosch creates new innovations in power tools and accessories by working intensively with professionals who use power tools as part of their everyday work. As part of BOSCH’s business expansion strategy, our Power Tools - Accessories is seeking for a commercial driven **Country Business Director **to join our team in Singapore office.
In this role, you will report to the Regional Sales Director and supports the regional sales strategy for ASEAN.
You will develop country channel strategy in conjunction with SA/RBD, represents the BU (sector meeting etc.) and expands market position for AC. You will lead relationship on marketing and customers’ top executives in your region (periodic customer visits, personal contact to the users). You will manage profit & loss for ASEAN market, drives forecasting (input S&OP Process), stock in regional warehouses, sell out of overstock and implements sales strategy, marketing concepts in the country and sales channel / customer. You will support, develop and implement regional sales strategy and ensure each country needs are reflected in the regional strategy with RBD aligned with the Marketing Board. You will monitor competitor activities / market trends via sales team, secures agreed sales targets, customer and logistic service levels within agreed budget costs and framework of the business. You will align with BUs and roles in the country, implement and execute marketing targets with support of the local User Journey Marketing Manager. You will align of SA and MK activities in the CSO. You will guide, coach and develop sales personnel in respective country and disciplinary manager of the local User Journey Marketing Manager.
**Qualifications**:
- To be successful for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Busines or Marketing with at least 8 to 10 years of professional experience in the same field. You must have strong track records of commercial success and with deep knowledge of your assigned market and region. You must have great leadership skills, be self-motivating and passionate to lead in a multi-cultural environment. You must be entrepreneurial, with commercial mindset and ability to work self-directed. You must have strong negotiation and communication skills and be passionate on your role. Your will be measured in TGS (key segments, BU); GM (key segments, BU), Country-specific KPIs (all BUs), e.g. market shares and forecast accuracy within +/-5% deviation.Tags
