Kiztopia is a successful start-up and the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis activities across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity, and must bring strong regional consolidation experience. This role requires strong business acumen, the ability to partner with cross-functional and cross-country teams, and the capability to provide financial insights that drive regional and corporate strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage the regional budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

Consolidate financial results from multiple countries/markets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with corporate reporting standards.

Analyze consolidated performance against KPIs, identifying key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.

Consolidate and analyze financial results across countries/markets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.

Partner with local finance teams and regional business leaders to align financial plans and ensure cohesive regional reporting.

Prepare management and board-level reports and presentations with clear narratives on regional performance, trends, and forecasts.

Monitor regional performance against KPIs, identifying drivers of variances and improvement areas.

Support strategic regional projects, investments, and business initiatives with financial evaluation.

Drive process improvements and harmonize FP&A practices across markets.

10.  Lead, mentor, and develop regional FP&A team members to build strong analytical and business partnering capabilities.

11.  Undertake & execute any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.

Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.

Experience in the retail industry will be an added advantage.

Proven experience in financial consolidation across multiple countries/markets, ideally within a regional or multinational environment.

Strong business acumen with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior management.

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with BI/reporting tools and ERP systems is an advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence regional and senior stakeholders and to partner across all levels of the organization.

Proven track record of managing complex processes and delivering under tight deadlines.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
