Our client, a well-known MNC is currently looking for a Korean Speaking FP&A/Senior FP&A.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the budget processes for R&D and customer experience projects, ensuring alignment with headquarters' guidelines.
  • Oversee the complete settlement process for indirect costs related to R&D and customer experience activities, including accurate forecasting and variance control.
  • Monitor operational and investment expenditures, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely completion of monthly settlements.
  • Facilitate budgeting for the customer experience sector, ensuring that expenditures align with investment adequacy and efficiency.
  • Enhance the costing systems in relation to R&D operations to improve accuracy and transparency in financial data.
  • Support project management by evaluating investment effectiveness and optimizing resource utilization for improved ROI.
  • Act as the primary financial liaison, ensuring efficient communication in Korean language regarding budget approvals and ad-hoc financial requests.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, particularly in R&D projects related to manufacturing technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish new processes for managing financial projects effectively.
  • Prior experience in a financial accounting role with knowledge of IFRS, SFRS, or GAAP is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using SAP for actual cost settlement and analysis of cost structures.
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and rational cost allocation.
  • Korean language proficiency to liaise with Korea HQ and Korean speaking stakeholders.
