About the Role

We are seeking a senior, hands-on FP&A professional with experience in Big 4 audit and FP&A within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences. This individual contributor role focuses on delivering financial analysis, forecasting, cost control, and actionable insights using advanced FP&A and analytics tools.

You will leverage Power BI, Tableau, Python, Excel, and FP&A platforms to create dashboards, financial models, and reports that support business decisions and finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes across business units.
  • Build and enhance financial models, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Python, Excel, and FP&A platforms.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize costs, improve performance, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze complex data to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements beyond standard FP&A reporting.
  • Drive process automation, system enhancements, and digital reporting improvements to improve accuracy, timeliness, and scalability.
  • Ensure financial governance, IFRS compliance, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional and regional teams to influence strategic business decisions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA / CA / ACCA preferred.
  • 10-12 years of relevant experience, including Big 4 audit and FP&A in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
  • Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Python, Excel, financial modeling, forecasting, and FP&A platforms such as Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Planful, or Hyperion; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset, hands-on attitude, and proactive approach to innovation and process improvement.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
