This position is responsible for functional expense consolidation and reporting. The incumbent will support functional leaders with functional expense queries and the Global FP&A team on ad-hoc requests and analysis as needed.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support Functional leaders in building the functional plan in line with overall company objectives
- Ensure that reporting is done in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide meaningful comments on variance to the Budget
- Prepare the necessary slides/materials for the purpose of the budget and budget reporting
- Work closely with the stakeholders and the rest of the finance team to ensure consistency in the deliverables
- Quick turn around on solving issues

**Education**
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant qualification

**Experience**
- Minimum 5 years in Accounting/Finance role/s
- Prior experience in a FP&A environment

**Skills**
- Must be willing to be extremely hands on with manual off-system work
- Strong Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative, organizational and planning skills
- Proactively identifies and addresses problems before they cause any delays, excessive costs or unfavorable consequences
- Use appropriate quantitative procedures and tools to analyze data and make well-reasoned decisions
- Able to influence others and address needs and concerns of others in order to secure support and commitment to achieve short and long term goals
- Readily adapt to work products, processes, and/or services in response to changes in the internal and external business environment
