Senior Financial Analyst – Micron Technology Senior Financial Analyst role at Micron Technology. Join an inclusive team passionate about innovation, integrity, sustainability, and community. Responsibilities Drive best-in-class operations cost by understanding competitive benchmarks, installing financial rigor into project performance reviews, and driving accountability throughout the organization. Support the budget process and budget the necessary resources for the organization (headcount, capex, spends) while ensuring productivity plan is in place and resource allocation is optimized. Review organizational financial performance in PowerBI on a monthly cadence and direct management to risks and opportunities. Partner with finance and operations stakeholders to continuously develop and implement new systems and processes to improve efficiency and meet changing business needs. Provide strategic decision‐making analysis, scenarios and project‐ROIs and benefit‐analysis as required, propose alternatives, and make recommendations about the best course of action. Process includes post mortem & lookback for all ROIs. Develop highly effective working relationships with members of the local and global Finance teams, the Global Operations team, and HR Business Partners. Qualifications At least 3 years of work experience in Finance (FP&A or Finance Business Partner preferred) in semiconductor industry, or non‐Finance background with keen interest in Finance Business Partnering. Experience in global roles, including working with/managing global stakeholders. Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business. Intellectually curious, high energy level, growth mindset, and passion for learning new automation & AI related skills. Capable and willing to perform under tight deadlines and in an environment characterized by VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity). Excellent written and verbal English-language communication and presentation skills. Detail oriented, structural and meticulous. Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships. Strong analytical skills and business acumen. Strong literacy in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Experience in advanced data analytical & visualization tools (Power BI, Copilot, Python, SQL) is preferred.
