We are seeking an experienced Part-Time FP&A Advisor (Oil & Gas) to act as an external coach, providing guidance, best practices, and consistent support to strengthen our finance team's FP&A capabilities

  • Provide external FP&A guidance and support.
  • Act as a part-time coach sharing insights and best practices.
  • Strengthen financial planning, forecasting, and analysis

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an external coach for the finance team from an FP&A perspective.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and actionable recommendations on financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Help enhance FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
  • Offer independent insights to support decision-making.
  • Maintain consistent availability to support the finance team, with flexible working arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in FP&A, ideally within the oil & gas industry.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or advisory roles for finance teams.
  • Comfortable with part-time, flexible engagement as an external advisor.
