Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and friendly Part-Time Salesperson to join our jewellery team to assist Pop Up booths. You'll be helping customers find the perfect piece for every occasion, sharing product knowledge, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·       Greet and assist customers warmly and professionally

·       Offer product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences

·       Explain product details including materials, pricing, and care instructions

·       Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and support promotional campaigns

·       Handle cashier duties: process payments, issue receipts, and manage returns/exchanges

·       Keep the display area neat, organized, and visually appealing

·       Monitor inventory levels and inform the team about restocking needs

·       Maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat visits

·       Ensure store cleanliness and follow opening/closing procedures

·       Provide feedback to the team on customer trends and product demand

Requirements:

·       Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (jewellery or fashion is a plus)

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Pleasant personality and professional appearance

·       Able to work weekends and public holidays

·       Interest in fashion, style, or jewellery is a bonus

·       Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
