We are looking for a dynamic Country Manager who is strongly aligned with the mission to redefine investing and empower people to build long-term wealth. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the business growth strategy for Singapore.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product to achieve AUM growth, customer acquisition, and retention goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operationalisation of quarterly and yearly plans with direct reports and teams you collaborate with.
- Identify and act on new business opportunities, including partnerships and product innovations, to enhance our competitive position.
- Own the CSAT and NPS scores for Singapore and work on continuous improvement.
- Drive initiatives to differentiate the customer experience and expand market share.
- Represent the brand and our house investment view at any external engagement.
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- 12+ years of professional experience of which at least 3 years managing teams and growth/PnL responsibilities.
- Experience in Start-ups/Scale-ups, Marketing/Business Development or Management Consulting. Understanding of the Singapore Fintech industry is a must.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering growth in digital & tech-led environments.
- Able to lead through influence in a cross-functional international environment.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Passion for Investing is a must.
