Job Description
- Assist in all human resource functions and general administrative matters related to human resources
- Maintain proper documentation of employee records, work pass application/renewal/cancellation of foreign employees including purchasing security bond and managing foreign worker quota
- Ensure that data is entered timely and accurately into the HR database
- Maintain and update staff access cards and HR records
- Verify and process HR-related invoices and payments
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily operations
- Handle medical insurance and work injury claims
- Provide administrative support for HR process and policies
- Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
- Cover front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and managing general inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate front desk operations such as receiving mail and deliveries, maintaining visitor logs, and ensuring a welcoming reception area
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 2 - 3 years of HR experience is an added advantage
- Entry level are welcome to apply. Training provided.
- Experience in the construction sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking staff)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Independent worker & strong team player
