Position: HR & Recruitment Officer

Salary: Up to $3500

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various methods, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial application to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

Requirements:
