Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B market, specifically targeting companies in need of event solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored event solutions.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring all sales activities are tracked and followed up on effectively.
  • Promote and sell B2B event services, including but not limited to event planning, execution, and post-event services.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the client base and represent the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure business deals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the events industry or with a focus on event management.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, particularly in the event or corporate sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
