Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding

· Job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.

· Coordinate with management on manpower needs.

· Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.

· Conduct employee orientation and ensure proper induction procedures.

Employee Records and HR Administration

· Maintain and update employee records in Ms word, Ms excel and physical file Company organization chart.

· Prepare HR forms such as job application form, leave form and hr related forms required.

· Add, delete member from insurance policy, renewal of yearly insurance such as company property insurances, outpatient medical and work injury compensation.

· Monitor employee daily attendance.

Payroll and Benefits Administration

· Handle monthly payroll processing and distribute monthly payslips.

· Manage employee leave records such as off in lieu, annual leave, medical leave, no pay leave etc.

Others

· Arrange frontline monthly roster and check their monthly timesheets.

· Distribute to employees building access card.

· Arrange and monitor office part-time cleaner job duties.

· Stationery requisition.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource or related field.
  • Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.
  • 4 years experience in human resource related.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Mandarin to effectively assist mandarin speaking customers.
