Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management:

  2. Contribute to daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

  3. Implement and monitor operational processes and procedures.

  4. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

  5. Staff Management:

  6. Assist and Support staff, providing guidance and feedback (Will be working with MHC Call Centre)

  7. Foster a positive and productive work environment.

  8. Quality and Compliance:

  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  10. Implement and monitor quality control measures. (Needs to handle customer service / feedback from call centre)

  11. Conduct regular audits and inspections

  12. Patient Experience:

  13. Focus on delivering exceptional patient care and experience.

  14. Implement patient feedback mechanisms and respond to concerns.

  15. Collaborate with teams to improve patient satisfaction.

  16. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  17. Collect and analyze data to inform operational decisions.

  18. Prepare and present reports on operational performance. (Clinic Audit)

  19. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  20. Communication and Collaboration:

  21. Facilitate effective communication among staff, patients, and stakeholders. (AIC/Clinic staff members)

  22. Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve operational goals.

  23. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to achieve organizational objectives

  24. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

  25. Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

  26. Make informed decisions to drive operational efficiency.

  27. Develop and implement solutions to improve processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree or diploma or minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
