Key Responsibilities

The Operations Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of CF Interco. This position will be responsible for supporting operational processes, improving efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability to multitask.

• Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for all operational processes.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication across departments.
• Coordinate with the ordering desk to manage daily workflows, including sample requests and related tasks.
• Monitor and understand stock levels, ensuring timely updates and communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with various departments to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and achieve operational goals.
• Develop and implement preventive measures to minimize operational disruptions and improve efficiency.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback/response promptly and professionally.

Key Requirements

• Relevant academic qualifications
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, or similar role
• Must own a vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in supply chain operations
• Experience in food industry will be an added advantage
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Good communication, oral and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate well across teams and work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
