About the role

Nereus Subsea Pte Ltd, a leading provider of subsea engineering solutions, is seeking an experienced Operation Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Operation Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our subsea projects. This full-time position is based in our Pioneer Sector West Region office, where you will contribute to the overall success of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating and monitoring project activities to ensure timely delivery and compliance with client requirements
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, and field personnel, to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving
  • Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules
  • Identifying and addressing potential issues or bottlenecks to proactively mitigate risks and ensure project objectives are met
  • Providing operational support and troubleshooting to field teams as required
  • Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to address their concerns and maintain strong relationships

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar operations or project coordination role, preferably in the subsea or offshore industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and clients
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, with experience in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) and ERP systems
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to process improvement
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, operations management, or a related field
