About the role

Legero International (S) Pte Ltd, a leading import/export and marine logistics company, is seeking a talented Operations Executive to join their dynamic team. This full-time position is based in the West Region, offering an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the organisation's import and export operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinating and processing import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and procedures
  2. Liaising with suppliers, customers, and logistics providers to facilitate smooth and efficient shipping and delivery of goods
  3. Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with relevant teams to optimise stock management
  4. Assisting with the preparation of reports and analysis to support operational decision-making
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  6. Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in marine logistics operations role
  2. Strong understanding of customs clearance procedures and import/export regulations
  3. Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for inventory management and documentation
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  5. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely processing of tasks
  6. A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
