We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our Delivery Control Centre (DCC) team. This role is essential in supporting the daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient parcel movement, accurate tracking, and effective coordination across internal teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Flow of parcel deliveries and returns.
  • Update parcel statuses in the system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and process reports of lost or damaged parcels.
  • Verify and document undelivered and returned parcels for reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Customer Service and Warehouse Operations to resolve issues.
  • Assist with other operational tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec qualification or higher.
  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics or delivery operations preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage time-sensitive responsibilities under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic office applications.
  • Willing to work beyond regular hours when needed (overtime will be compensated).

Remuneration Package:

  • Basic salary: $2,150 (During Probation) and $2,350 (After Confirmation)
  • Performance Incentive (Variable Allowance): $150 monthly depending on performance appraisal
  • Attendance Incentive (Variable Allowance): $150 monthly for good attendance record (No lateness or absence)
  • Mobile Allowance: $2.00/working day (approx $40-50/mth)
  • Meal Allowance: $10 meal allowance for overtime exceeding 2hrs
  • Tenure allowance - Eligible after the 1st/2nd/3rd year of employment ranging from $150-$500/monthly
  • Eligible for Overtime
  • 12 days annual leave, 14 days medical, Hospitalization, Child Care leave, Paternity Leave, Marriage Leave, Compassionate Leave

Working hours: (5.5 days work week)

  • Monday-Friday: 11am - 8pm
  • Saturday: 11 am to 3 pm
  • Off Day - Sunday & Public Holiday
