商务助理

Position : Business Assistant

岗位职责 / Responsibilities

  • 协助公司文化项目的赞助拓展与商务合作;
  • 协助准备商务洽谈资料、客户提案、演示文档;
  • 跟进客户沟通,整理并维护客户信息与合作档案;
  • 协助合同流程及赞助回馈的落实;
  • 协助市场活动、合作伙伴推广的执行;
  • 积极拓展并维护与赞助商、品牌客户的关系,推动商务合作与资源落地;
  • 完成上级交办的其他商务支持任务。
  • Assist in sponsorship development and business partnerships for cultural projects.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and negotiation materials.
  • Support client communication, maintain client database, and update records.
  • Assist with contract processes and ensure sponsorship benefits are delivered.
  • Support marketing activities and partner promotion initiatives.
  • Actively develop and maintain relationships with sponsors and brand clients to drive business collaborations and secure resources.
  • Perform other business support tasks assigned by supervisors.
任职要求 / Requirements
  • 本科及以上学历,商务管理、市场营销、传媒或相关专业优先;
  • 具备良好的中英文沟通与写作能力;
  • 具备客户沟通与协调经验;
  • 熟练使用办公软件,具备资料整理能力;
  • 思维活跃,目标导向,执行力强;
  • 拥有一定赞助商/客户资源,能够促进合作拓展并快速落地;
  • 对文化艺术行业有兴趣,愿意积累人脉与资源。
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Media.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Familiar with business etiquette and client communication.
  • Proficiency in office software, with strong documentation skills.
  • Creative, goal-oriented, and strong in execution.
  • Possess certain sponsor/client resources to support collaboration development and ensure effective execution.
  • Interest in arts and culture, eager to build professional networks and industry knowledge.
