Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing expert guidance on HR initiatives, talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and create people strategies and HR initiatives that drive performance and growth.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Champion employee engagement and well-being, support retention, ensuring our people feel valued and inspired.
  • Provide trusted advice to managers on all things people-related – from performance to culture
  • Lead talent management and talent acquisition to drive "best employer and best practices" branding
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring fairness, compliance, and alignment with our corporate values.
  • Use data-driven insights to influence decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Be a change agent, supporting teams through transformation and growth
  • Collaborate with other Head of Departments (HOD) on policies, programs to help facilitate better efficacy, enable synergy and provide growth
  • Use data and insights to identify trends, propose solutions, and measure HR effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and talent acquisition and management.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
