Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing expert guidance on HR initiatives, talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and create people strategies and HR initiatives that drive performance and growth.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Champion employee engagement and well-being, support retention, ensuring our people feel valued and inspired.
- Provide trusted advice to managers on all things people-related – from performance to culture
- Lead talent management and talent acquisition to drive "best employer and best practices" branding
- Manage employee relations, ensuring fairness, compliance, and alignment with our corporate values.
- Use data-driven insights to influence decision-making and continuous improvement
- Be a change agent, supporting teams through transformation and growth
- Collaborate with other Head of Departments (HOD) on policies, programs to help facilitate better efficacy, enable synergy and provide growth
- Use data and insights to identify trends, propose solutions, and measure HR effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and talent acquisition and management.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
