- Comprehend and implement the company's Strategic Plan (SP)/Business Plan (BP), gain insights into market trends and opportunities, take the lead in formulating the SP/BP for the Local marketing company, allocate resources according to the strategy, and promote the implementation of key tasks.
- Take the lead in implementing the process responsibility system to ensure the safety of business activities. Organize, coordinate, and monitor all operational activities in the region, and be accountable for various operational indicators.
- Be in charge of the planning and layout of overseas market channels, the development and adjustment of the overseas channel network, the innovation and exploration of channel models, maintain the scale and advantages of the channels, and continuously enhance the channel influence of the Brand in the global market.
- Undertake the localization operation of the company's products, integrate resources, promote mid - to - high - end popular products, optimize the product structure, and increase the company's product profits.
- Thoroughly interpret the company's brand vision, and in combination with regional strategies and business objectives, promote the construction of overseas - localized terminals for the high - end brand image.
- A bachelor's degree or above in marketing, international economics and trade, or related majors is preferred.
- With 5 years or more of work experience in the food/beverage industry, and 3 years or more of experience in managing sales teams both on - site and off - site. Must have experienced the 0-1 market development from scratch, the formulation and practical operation of the expansion strategy.
- Experience in formulating and implementing the enterprise's 0-1 Localization expansion strategy, and work experience in setting up branches office is preferred.
- Proficient in English, and knowledge of small languages is even better.
