**Job Description**:

- This position offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified, and self-driven Finance Manager. As a key member of the team, your role is pivotal to ensure independent monitoring of financial implementation/ projects (In-house) plus coaching and developing junior staff, and improve clients service quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend and present financials at Executive Committee, Partner, and key Service Line meetings.
- Review the monthly financial pack, ensuring compliance with group policies, and provide financial analysis and value add commentaries - including highlighting where you believe action may need to be taken.
- Forecast and manage working capital - monitoring AR, WIP and proactively liaising with the business, when required, to expedite billings and collections.
- Prepare budgeting and forecasting on a monthly and annual basis for cash, and 3 times per year for income and costs.
- Coordinate with management and service line leaders to generate, support and challenge business plan assumptions.
- Coordinate with management to ensure a clear monitoring and understanding of the financial performance of both their service line and major client assignments - providing additional reporting and support where necessary.
- Complete necessary group reporting and liaise with group plus intercompany finance teams
- Review the year end audit pack plus liaise with the auditors and group finance team.
- Review the financial data necessary to support regulatory periodic reviews.
- Review quarterly GST returns and support the preparation of year-end tax return.
- Manage and develop 2 - 3 staff responsible for AR, AP and aspects of GL.
- Work closely with the innovation and group finance teams to ensure alignment and good collaboration on common projects.
- Assist in administrative matters and any other ad-hoc assignments.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (CA, CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW).
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in Finance and Accounting with 2 years in a managerial role - FP&A experience would be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills. Confident and with the ability to work with different levels.
- Must be tech-savvy - experienced in working with ERPs and should be at least a proficient beginner / committed learner of MS Power Platform e.g., Power BI and PowerApps.
- Good knowledge of regulations and compliance issues: Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, Corporate Tax, CPF and GST statutory requirements.
- Possess a high level of initiative with the ability to work independently.
