
New Business Development Executive

Attractive commissions + achievement bonuses (potential to earn significantly higher based on sales performance)
AWS (13th month bonus) provided
Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation:
Identify and prospect new clients via cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and conduct product presentations to secure deals.
Client Management:
Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate printing / IT solutions.
- Handle inquiries and issues promptly.
Market & Competitive Analysis:
Stay informed on market trends and competitor moves.
- Use insights to adapt strategies and identify new opportunities.
Quotation & Proposal:
Prepare competitive proposals, clearly presenting value propositions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Sales Reporting:
Keep detailed records in CRM.
- Provide regular updates and forecasts to management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Preferably with 1-2 years of sales experience in IT, office automation, or related industries.
- IT savvy; having own vehicle is preferred.
