The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing & Procurement Intern to support our daily operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to international trade, supplier management, and real-world procurement processes — ideal for students or graduates who want to gain practical experience in global sourcing.

Key Responsibilities


• Research and identify potential suppliers and manufacturers across Asia


• Assist in requesting quotations, samples, and product specifications


• Help compare offers and prepare sourcing reports and summaries


• Support communication between vendors and internal teams


• Maintain supplier and product information in databases


• Assist with quality control documentation and compliance checks

Requirements


• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident


• Excellent written and spoken English (Chinese is a plus)


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• Interest in international trade, supply chain, or procurement


• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment


• Familiarity with Excel and email communication


• (No prior experience required — training and guidance will be provided.)
