This executive position will oversee the implementation of SAP Ariba (SaaS Cloud) as part of a group-wide SAP S/4HANA digital upgrade, while leading enterprise-wide procurement strategy, governance, and supply chain optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead group-wide sourcing, supplier management, and contract strategy across both direct and indirect categories.
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain and warehouse operations, including automation initiatives (ASRS, WMS).
  • Drive procurement policy governance, compliance, and cost optimization programs to deliver sustainable value.
  • Develop market intelligence and strategic sourcing plans aligned with the evolving energy transition landscape.
Requirements
  • 15–20 years of Procurement & Supply Chain leadership experience within the Energy, Utilities, or Renewables sector.
  • Proven track record in managing sizeable teams and overseeing high-value annual procurement spend.
  • Strong negotiation, strategic sourcing, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Familiarity with SAP Ariba and S/4HANA environments is highly preferred.
