Sembcorp is seeking an Senior Executive / Executive to join the Singapore Procurement Shared Services (“SPSS”) team, reporting under the Group Procurement. This role is based in Singapore and will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient processing of purchase requisitions purchasing, invoice disputes management for Sembcorp business entities located in Singapore. This role will also be responsible for fulfilling the purchasing requirements of Sembcorp Head Office with Indirect Spend categories which includes Digital purchases and General Office Services.

**KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Operational Procurement - Perform downstream procurement transactions including Purchase Requisitions conversion, supplier onboarding, resolution of invoice disputes issues between Suppliers, End-Users and Finance Accounts Payable.
- Operational Efficiency - Achieve or exceed the Service Level Agreements (SLA) of SPSS, and continuously provide improvement plans to the downstream procurement process
- Compliance Management - Ensure all Purchase Requisitions meet and comply to Sembcorp’s Group Procurement Policy and other internal relevant policies.
- Business Partnering - Actively engaging business stakeholders, translate business requirements to sourcing strategies to deliver business requirements. Understand business priorities and guide stakeholders to propose and execute the operational strategies with consideration to risk mitigation and governance. Work with business stakeholders to provide support to drive compliance to Sembcorp policies.
- Sourcing & Contract Management - Perform Source to Contract process, lead and perform negotiations with suppliers. Leading RFx creation/management, market research/analysis, data collection/analysis, and contract management (cost, terms and conditions, SOWs, MSAs, etc.).
- Stakeholder Management - Provide advice and recommendations on procurement matters.

**REQUIREMENT**
- Degree/Diploma holder with min 2 years of relevant procurement experience in procurement services.
- Knowledge of relevant IT systems including SAP, S2P e-platform deployment.
- Strong team player with strong communication skills in a concise and timely manner.
- Ability to work cohesively with all levels of internal and external customers with possessing listening, interpersonal, communication, and skills
- Change management and process improvement skills.
