Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure biodiesel feedstocks and other related raw materials.
  • Develop and manage supplier relationships, including negotiating contracts and pricing terms.
  • Handle trade documentation, purchase orders, shipment schedules, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
  • Work closely with QA/QC to ensure raw material quality and compliance with standards.
  • Focus on systems and processes to ensure production and procurement comply with standards, preventing errors from the source (e.g. setting feedstock acceptance criteria, supplier audits, procurement process checks).
  • Focus on testing and results to verify whether raw materials meet specifications.
  • Collect market intelligence and monitor price trends for feedstock.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of procurement or trading experience in feedstocks, edible oils, waste oils, palm products, or biofuels preferred.
  • Familiar with international trade documents (L/C, B/L, commercial invoice) and logistics operations.
  • Willing to travel within Southeast Asia if required for supplier development and business expansion.
