Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Procurement Executive to manage both direct (production-related) and indirect (non-production) procurement. This role is key to ensuring timely, cost-effective sourcing, supporting production needs, and improving supplier performance through strategic sourcing and supplier development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, quotation, negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services according to project requirements.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Support contract management, including reviewing terms and conditions.
  • Monitor procurement KPIs, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project teams and internal stakeholders to align procurement with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in engineering/manufacturing.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP procurement systems.
  • Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
