1. Operations Manager (Manufacturing)
Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations of the Huizhou factory and act as the main liaison with Singapore HQ.
  • Oversee production planning, machining, sheet metal, welding, assembly, and surface treatment.
  • Ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance, and cost efficiency.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain: material planning, procurement, warehouse, and logistics.
  • Implement Lean practices (5S, VSM, Kanban) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead quality management activities, including AS9100 compliance, audits, NCR investigations, and CAPA.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related.
  • 10+ years of manufacturing operations leadership; 5+ years in senior/plant management.
  • Strong hands-on experience in machining, sheet metal, welding, assembly & surface treatment.
  • Familiar with low-volume, high-mix production.
  • Proficient in Chinese & English; SAP experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of AS9100 or aerospace QMS is an advantage.

2. QA Lead (Global Quality Assurance)
Responsibilities
  • Lead global QA across China and Mexico facilities.
  • Maintain ISO/AS9100/IATF-certified Quality Management Systems.
  • Supervise in-process inspection, final checks, and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and aerospace quality standards.
  • Manage NCR, RCA, CAPA (8D) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering & Supply Chain to ensure end-to-end product quality.
  • Oversee audit planning, documentation review, KPI reporting, and QA team development.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Metallurgical Engineering.
  • 15+ years of QA experience in metal-processing manufacturing; 5+ years in management.
  • Strong technical knowledge in stamping, CNC, welding, fabrication & surface treatment.
  • Proficient in quality tools: FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 8D, CAPA.
  • Skilled in inspection instruments (CMM, micrometers, gauges) & ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

3. Engineering Manager (Manufacturing Engineering)
Responsibilities
  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews with Singapore HQ.
  • Translate 2D/3D design drawings into manufacturable processes, BOM, and engineering documentation.
  • Define full process workflows (material → machining → sheet metal → welding → surface treatment → assembly).
  • Oversee sample builds, validation, and process optimization.
  • Develop Manufacturing Instructions and Work Instructions.
  • Drive continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and MRB activities.
  • Standardize components across product lines to reduce cost and complexity.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10+ years in manufacturing/production engineering; aerospace/automotive/precision equipment preferred.
  • Strong hands-on background in CNC machining & metal stamping (mandatory).
  • Proficient in engineering drawing analysis & process design.
  • Familiar with Lean, RCA, and continuous improvement tools.
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 / AS9100 / IATF16949 and SAP is preferred.
